Scum and growth check on the bottom

Post by BarraBeast »

here's a few snaps of Van Bruggens Dream, sitting on the bottom listed to one side, fish pecking at its hull and looking green around the gills, hey that sounds like 2rods after a night on the red. :drinking3:

The bbq is still in tact but the 2 bottles of red wine left in it are gone! The wreck plundered of all her treasure already!

There were a few large goldern travelly crusing around, amazed the bat fish havent found it yet!

Goon. Now there's a word I haven't used since garage band days!

Goon = box or 4L bottle of cheap sweet white wine, eg Fruity Lexia. Sometimes mixed in the cup with lemonade

About the same time we were drinking Stones Ginger Wine with lemonade and also putting raspberry cordial in our beers.

Lucky I ended up normal!

What about the goonies of Stones Mac  ................polished off 10 or a hundred of them in my time in an attempt to ward of the cold on those June July brass monkey nights on the banks of the Eucumbene at Providence.

Yep Blinky, what a great drop.

The old man would always have one in a brown paper bag while spotlighting rabbits off the farm back home on icy nights. He used to sit in the front (done his time apparently!) and portion to the young fellas on the back. Can taste it now. Think i'll get a bottle this weekend, magic in a beer.
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat all day drinking beer.........

Same here Ray, I can see myself right now............sitting on the bank, rod(s) rigged with mudeyes, blazing monster fire and swiggin' on the Macs.
