hey fellas,

I have been given a green light to have an overnighter at the east next weekend

is anyone interested in teaming up for an overnighter in the boat on the river?

at this stage I am heading out with jonny whitegoods, although he is in sydney and is no sure bet...havent heard from him today.

so, i am looking for either/or

1. a backup...i am happy to supply boat, but need someone with a 4wd that can get through 800mm water at magela in case JW cant make it. Somehow I dont think the subaru forrester will get through magela at present
2. another boat who wants to tag along/good for safety and a few laughs
3. someone who wants to take their boat/wagon and split costs with me as deckie

plan would be to head out early sat morn, overnight sat and head home sunday after lunch.

I know the east OK, but I am no BEAR.

As you can see, i am putting contigency plans in left-right-and centre. i have the leave pass....dont want to waste it.

rumours are the grey poly ghost will be on the river also,

and late mail might see the barrabeast hitting the mighty east also...
