Are the black dots a sign of worms / parasites?

We head out on Sunday and drove through a lot of rain on the way out, the water was over the SWA road in many spots. We got absolutely drenched at the boat ramp and on the way down the creek, but after that the storms all seemed to go around us and kept it a bit cooler. It was a bit of a slow day but I got this 113cm Jewie.

We headed back out to SWA on Tuesday and it was almost identical to Sunday, rained on the way out and then managed to miss the rest of the storms. I got a bit bigger Jewie this time though at 125cm.
