Different types of water
For those who've been paying attention to the posts, you've seen talk about different types of water that we're likely to encounter namely Type1, Type 2 and type 3.
Unless I've given you some images of what the water types look like, the words are meaningless.
So...here we are.
Type 1 water = clear ocean water down to 100m or so.
Type 2 water = inshore headland water/impoundment water down to 5 - 10 m or so.
Type 3 water = dirty, estuary or floodwater down to 1m or so.
The colours and visiblity don't have to match these images. They never will but its the approximation that you need to take notice of as you think about which version of your Rembrandt masterpieces you are going to cast.
