I wasn't expecting to be first this month and with the temperature dropping so rapidly it might be easier to get on to a few tuna rather than barra. I headed out on Friday, it was windy and chilli most of the day but the water temp was still 27.5 degC and I managed to hook a couple with the biggest going 73cm.

Went out looking for 3 hours off Dundee looking for a queenie but couldn't get past these pesky nannies, goldies and trout 🤣

This one choked a Junior B52 in deep cover, lucky for me he shot out into the open when he relised he was hooked. 80cm.
