June thunderstorms in Darwin

Looks on the Darwin radar and temp record like it is the early Build-up already :D

Had thunderstorms here in Tasmania in spring and summer the past two or three years, rarely had them when I first moved here.

Seems to be a lot of change in 10 years, and especially in the past five years.

Decadal variation?

Or is it that the scientists were right?

Or is the weather changing faster than they predicted?

Some good lightning off the edges off that storm this arvo
Not looking like the dry will be very dry or cold. I think it's been making the barra fishing good though!
