G'day guys,
I've just bought a 420 Renegade that requires an electric trolling motor and a sounder.
4.4m long with a 50hp outboard.
After any info on what brands you guys recommend and where to get it!
Im thinking i'll need a 55lb trolling motor. What features do ya recommend for a bit of harbour fishing and chasing barra?
Looking at spending 2k on motor.
Sounder 1k.

Definitely get either a minn kota or motorguide, if you save a few bucks and get a watersnake or haswing you'll regret it
If you're handy and want to save a couple of dollars you could buy an old minn kota and clean up the steering motor. Not much else goes wrong with them

1300 for a 9 inch simrad go at anaconda is a pretty sharp price
