Plenty of rats at Corroboree. A mate managed to pull this 64cm out from deep in the lillies.

You can launch and retrieve off either side of the ramp but not recommended straight down the middle.

Nice one. Bit of cloud around too, and a few storms (today's arvo radar attached).

Nice fish Trent.

Thought we'd see a few more fish in October round, the first two weeks of October were easily the best time for me when fishing the harbour.

Great finish hobbit

Thought we'd see more big fish in October. At least the storms have started early, might portend a big Wet.

From BOM: "The ENSO Outlook remains at La Niña ALERT. This means that the El Niño-Southern Oscillation is currently neutral, but the chance of La Niña forming in the coming months is around 70%. This is roughly three times the normal likelihood of an event forming in any year. The La Niña ALERT was issued in response to recent cooling in the tropical Pacific Ocean towards La Niña thresholds and model outlooks indicating further cooling is likely. All models meet La Niña thresholds during November, with most maintaining these values into early 2022."

Round 8 results are up, courtesy Swoffa. Round 9 thread is up, good luck.
