Hearing the same things from NT and Queensland. IMO, sharks are just well trained to hang near boats now, it is unlikely that numbers are up.

Was just at honeymoon bay. Awesome fishing, but a lot of sharks.
Apparently they have learnt to hang out of the back of boats because of the prawn trawlers throwing back their by catch.
