Have you tried Sims Metal? Might be worth a call.

Tyre shops might sell you old wheel balance weights.

Maybe try some ex diver weights. Put adverts up on Facebook etc

How many kilos are you after Lats?

Got some from the metal recycling place next to quality marine a few years back
Let us know if you get some as I need to do a sinker pour soon as well

My mate has 6 decent 4WD batteries what are you offering as cash as they're worth 20 each at the scrap yard last we checked about 4 years back???

Might be worth hitting up a few of the roofing companies that were re roofing all the tile roof commission houses.
They should have pulled a fair bit of them.

Used to get a 20ltr bucket of the old wheel weights for a carton of beer from the tyre shops 30 years ago.
Then every one woke up and every tyre shop round Darwin has more than one fisho working there….

If you're not looking for running sinkers try 3/8 chain link. 3,4 or 5 more links depending how deep you’re fishing. Loop em on the bottom just the same with a nice jingle on the jig to attract attention.
