Did a day trip to the bay for the first time in two years.
Tool a good mate, my missus and her friend for a lock in.

Managed a 69 & 67,55, 4 rats and dropped two bigger fish at boat.
Ended up with 14 muddies also with fresh tuna and tricky snapper carcasses doing the job.

Weather played nice two apart from a very cold down pour in the middle of the afternoon.

Cheers

Young Tassie devil sniffing around.

Not fishing, but it's almost as fun getting these pix ...

Couple of school holidays fishing trips with the stepdaughter. Barra were tough and on the night trip dropped half a dozen on the jump.
All from a creek in East arm.

Off to Dundee on the 24th if weather plays nice. Will post how we go.

Cheers

Did the run down to Dundee sunday with the missus and my mate. Met by cold lumpy conditions but I'd didn't deter us. Quick run straight to long lost. Picked up usual trickies, stripeys and cod. Bit closer to tide change and managed two nice size trout hoping for a hat trick but it didn't happen. Seas calmed down slightly so down towards blaze came across a few tuna schools but all were quite flighty which was odd considering sizes of the schools. Managed two Mack tuna which is great , got mud crab bait sorted for next week. Saw a free jumping sail around long lost in morning. And a couple of more wide of point blaze close to sail city. Saw a heap of boats bill fishing around bowra wide. On the way down to sail came across some manta rays up on the surface followed them for ten minutes with hopes of pulling a cobe, but no joy. Finished the day with missus pulling up a nice size blue one out at the city.

Doing a run to the rig next weekend and another Barra and crab bash. So will keep you guys updated. Tight lines.

Cheers
