For sale carby model. Has internal issue as it overheats and bogs down to idle after a short while. Local mechanic says it’s blocked at the base of the top part of the motor, goes from water pipe into the start of the cooling galleries. O-ring there closes up over time like a cats bum. Considering it’s a 1999 model he could be right. I think it’s fixable but could be used for parts. Trim/tilt motor is brand new only in water twice. Located in Nhulunbuy bit of a long shot but you never know who might need something from this motor. Wanting to move on as a complete motor. If not I might get excited one day a pull it apart myself.
Forward controls included etc

Have you tried flushing it out with Hydrochloric Acid (pool acid) use a drum and a strong dose of acid, it won't damage anything but will dissolve built up cr.p in the cooling system.
