FB won’t let me see the link but here’s the initial tender or initial costing/feasibility from Wednesday’s contracts in the paper. Upgrade Is probably 2-3 years away but could be the next Dundee if they find the money.

This has been looked at in the not so distant past.
Heard it came in at around 16 million for an all weather road.
