Tuna

Post by joesgotone »

So after hearing a few reports of tuna in the harbour I went for a look. Found the birds near cullen bay sandbar. There were heaps of tuna and queenies having a feast in schools larger than what I saw in the dry. They stayed up longer and didn't mind the motor until another boat arrived. Of the 7 hooked i landed 3 and got broken off 2 times and dropped a few happily. Plenty of sashimi to keep me happy. Only pic is on the cleaning table, the rest was all video.

how many is enough lures, rods and reels. Is there a magic number, considering you usually only catch 1 fish on a single lure on the one rod and reel your casting with.
