FFF Seadogs 2019 winners' prizes

Post by Matt Flynn »

The comp for 2019 is complete.

FFF Seadogs 2019 - Tentative Top 5

Lats 592
Trent 590
Flicken4em 564
Ivan 559
Swoffa 441

Once again we see that the top fishos catch most of the fish, the consistency is seen over several years now.

That said, good fish were entered by most entrants.

Congrats to all who got good fish in a tough year.

Please PM me any appeals or errors asap. Appeals end after Dec 31, when the results are set in stone.

Prizes delivered or can be collected in January.

For those new here, see the various monthly round entries at this link ... https://fishingterritory.com/fff-seadog ... on-f10321/

Many thanks to our sponsors

Will announce on Facebook shortly.

Congrats to Lats, he and runner-up Trent have the knack for finding big fish.

Flicken4em showed the way with LB barra, and Ivan was consistent.

Swoffa might have won if he was flicking lures instead of flies :D :D :D

Slightly revised scores here ... doesn't change the rankings though. Please take care to ensure fish's lip is touching the brag mat end plate (where applicable) in future entries.

Thanks for running a great FREE competition Matt. Got me beat why more people don't enter a FREE comp with some great prizes.
Huge thanks to the sponsors....without them we wouldn't have such a great competition.
Congratulations to Lats, Trent, Flicken and Ivan. Proven winners over many competitions. Congrats to the other winners and all those that entered fish.

Cheers

Thanks Swoffa and congrats again to the winners.

The 2020 Seadogs comp will kick off on March 1, and will once again be free if you have a FFF sticker on your boat or car.

Prizes for 2019 will be sent around mid January as most company reps are not back until the second week in January.

Yeah, thanks heaps Matt for a great comp. It certainly was a challenge this year. Good to get a bit of luck early on to help me scrape in. Trent is so consistently good and always on or near the big fish

Thanks Matt for a fun hassle free comp. I will be putting in a bigger effort this year to jump the ranks a bit. Struggled to get out this year but luckily landed fish each time I did.

New sounder on the way soon should help. Congrats to all the winners and might see you on the water later in the year.

Thanks again

Most prizes are now on the way, still waiting on a Tonic order from Ozdodge, so Tonics will be sent with Classic lures a bit later than the rest.

Thanks for another great comp Matt, and I’m pumped to make the top ten.

Sorry to hold up the tonics order - have been interstate for a wedding - I’m heading to a tonics outlet this morning to see which model will fit my fat head! Will get back to Matt today....

Congrats to all the prize winners and thanks to all that contributed entries - it’s great to see the breadth of fish caught out there across what was a pretty tough year of fishing - at least Barra fishing - for me.

Thanks Matt for all your efforts throughout the year.

Hope to catch enough fish this year to give the top five a shake - tight lines!

Cheers

Don't crowd me - I'm likely to bite!

Good to see prizes lobbing - can confirm that sponsors are back on board for 2020, including our main sponsor In and Outboard Marine. Will put up prize details when they are finalised.
