Beach Fishing

Post by Tightlines2 »

G'day team. Does anyone know of any decent beach fishing spots around Darwin/Bynoe area? Thinking about going for a fish Friday. Used to beach fish a heap down south but unsure of some good spots up this way. Any spots would be appreciated. Cheers.

Dundee Beach is probably the best, chance of big barra, as well as skinnies and trevs and even the odd goldie or jewfish. Some good rocks that can be fished at high tide in the stretch between Dundee ramp and Bynoe entrance. All at high tide.

With the high tide early Lee point would be an option this week end.
Get some live bait, always a chance of queenies and salmon early.

Instead of turning right at the caravan park on lee point rd to go to buff creek.
Just go straight ahead to the car park at the end of the road.
Reef is on the right hand side
