Quick fish Lee Point

Post by Captain6979 »

Had a chance to get out for a quick fish Sunday morning at Lee Point with my mate Timmy, and put in at Nightcliff ramp. Let it be known you need 4.5-5m at the ramp at the mo. Tough gig..
Anyhow, we were lucky enough to hit a couple of fish early in the piece.
Nice Brassy and a cod on the troll, in the first 15minutes. Lots of birds around, but not much big fish action. Good times tho! Home by 11. Victimless crime really. Ha ha!

Was hot AF, we got off the water at 1045 am, and was nothing in sight. I went LB after i washed the boat, at Lee point, and fished til about 2, and there were storms either side of me, but nothing came close. got about 15 minutes of rain at about 930pm in Wulagi. Boo...
