NT river/land/sea claim objections dismissed

Talk about bungled boat ramps, net buybacks, marine no-go zones, mining disasters etc here.

The commissioner says there will be a permit access system. Hope so, as we have seen waters such as part of the Finniss River closed after claims. Northern half of Tiwis also closed.

Fair enough, but we still need some certainty around access arrangements
