Rock wall session

Post by Young_gun_fisho »

Went down to Cullen bay Saturday morning, nothing for the first two hours then at about 9 the Queenies started busting up. Landed one about 50cm which was kept for lunch, dropped a smaller one at the bottom of the wall as I was about to bring it up, and landed a small Trev. A bigger queenie around 80cm or so was following up my Trev and trying to eat the lure out of its mouth, that was cool. All in all, not the worst morning.

Nice work Dude

How did you prepare it for lunch i.e. nummos style with wasabi and soy sauce?

Truth be told, I have never made nummus before, I have only tried it once and liked it. Is there a good recipe?

Probley find a few recipes in the search engine i reckon, caught a tuna a while back (my only) and had it 31 ways about that. Thin slices raw with a few side dips chilli soy sauce, wasabi and beer :)

Another one is mango dipped in sea salt or soy sauce tasty freshness
