Broken nipple
Good morning guys
I'm after some advice or tips on how to take off half of the nipple that is still in the outboard hole.
I was trying to grease the steering nipple on my outboard mercury 30 hp, i couldnt see the grease going in so i try to loose the nipple off and without forcing the nipple just broke off with half of the nipple still in the thread.
Thanks in advance

Re: Broken nipple
Ditto, I've got busted nipples on my ride-on mower blade spindles, I was going to try to grind a slot in them with a Dremel for a screwdriver to fit, what's the proper tradie way?

Eazy-out
Pick up a set for about $15 from Bunnings
Busted nipples sound painful

Good vid here on Eazy-Outs, have to get a set. Makes it look easy, most bolts are rusted in better than this one tho ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMrDYJvY0Ts
