If you are fishing up top around the barrages try big rubbers as one mob could not get fish on small rubbers, might be something to do with lack of small bait around.

I got a heap around the barrages on 45mm fish snack soft vibes fitted with a single hook, up to 65cm. Try vibes as well is soft plastics aren't working
