All they're doing coastaljoy is acting as a rod holder while the skipper does all the driving when trolling for a few hours (hopefully through a big group of fish ) well done scottmac bet it'll taste awesome regardless of who caught it.

Got this 99cm down the Daly flicking a large tsunami soft plastics. Very tough going with only a hand full of fish over two days.

I reckon I'm gonna throw that spin setup in the bin shortly if I keep losing good fish.
Lost another good upgrade as well as 35 bucks of YOZURI in the snags again this trip.. need a bit more power to control the bigger ones around the timber in the finniss.

Also whats going on with the pics getting loaded upside down Matt? they're up the right way on the phone.

So .. to keep Mr Jeffish happy got the new bragmat puchased yesterday. Took it for a lap out to the spot to get a bit of fish slime on it on it's first time out.

Wasn't that long to wait and I soon was measuring a couple of little barra on it.

Managed to pick up this 97cm beauty on the troll, with a big bomber, in a coastal area east of Darwin :lipsrsealed:

Nice strong silver fish, released to fight another day. Oh what a feeling!

Best fish from a fairly quiet trip to Anson. All my trips are quiet lately. Fish wise that is, they seem to be pretty eventful at breaking stuff. Motorguide and transducer this time. :banghead:

Anyway, 86cm on a Too Deadly, it was a good fun session on surface lures at night. My favorite way to catch a Barra.

Landbased 92

from a local beach ..not far past howard springs. Landed on light spin too. Definitely an adrenaline rush !!

Note for jeffish (captain of the bragmat police ): Got this earlier this month in my pre bragmat days...but was hoping to have upgraded it by now with one on my shiny new zman mat that goes up to 140.

Oh well guess it'll have to do unless we get a bit of a cyclone for a 2nd runoff

After several ordinary performances at Shady recently decided to check out the Mary's fresh water. Other than the heat being energy sapping it turned into a fun afternoon with a nice mix of Barra, togas and tarpon. We got a number of fish in the sixties and they were so fat they struggled to clear the water. Biggest came in at 68.

To all Seadogs entrants

I will only accept entries of fish on brag mats, I can't accept tape measure shots or brag mat shots that don't show the actual measurement clearly.

Also, landbased shots must show that the fisho is landbased with the fish, unfortunately your photo Flicken4em could have been taken in a boat. I know you aren't pulling a swifty, but the rules are rules.

Also, must have a current (for the month) newspaper in the shot, no time stamps.

I suggest everyone goes through the rules on the registration page. While I want it to be an easy-going comp, the rules must be followed.

( But..... I'm a wanker so will call you out in front of an international forum without a shred of evidence instead of asking you for a better pic via pm. )

I've got way better pics but they show off the spot too much which I'm not keen on letting out onto the general public scene as it is obviously a good spot . . Send us a mobile or email address and I'll text 1 through privately ... BTW thx heaps for calling me out as a cheat in whats supposed to be a fun honesty based comp in front of everyone ...

:fu: FU #K you Matt. Get your bl..dy facts sorted before throwing up some BS info. for the whole world Mate. So you reckon i got it in a boat then disemdarked for the bragmat shot ..WTF ... .as if.

Have a nice day...
