Solid Metrey Feb 2018.

Caught this 101cm one down the Howard River rockbar area with our access coming in off the quadbike being an adventure in itself. Landed it on light 10lb spin gear and with the moonlight breaking through the clouds and the sounds of the rapids and random night time noises thrown in it topped the experience off nicely. I also got onto a couple of other solid fish just under the $ mark too. Had it to ourselves too not suprisingly as the track in was a bit ordinary aswell as the mozzies and midgies being out of control.

GEAR USED.

Rod :st croix 4-10lb spin
Reel :ci4 4000 stradic
Whiplash braid 20lb.
Lure XRAP 12cm drop bear.
