Was it this years tag, ain't seen anything offical.
If million dollar fish comp wanted some good (expensive) publicity they should give him the mil. I reckon hiro is the only person that the whole territory would be stocked that he won it, even tho it's not there for them to catch now.
Really hope it was this years fish, was going to say he could pimp his scooter, but he already did that recently
