The federal mafia

Post by Matt Flynn »

It's OK for the feds to burn $12 billion on a rorted Murray River Basin Plan, and $24 billion on dodgy US fighter jets etc, but God help the average Aussie who falls on hard times and needs Centrelink's help ... http://www.news.com.au/finance/money/ce ... 5432b2c3f7

The fact that you have to agree to debt repayment before you can appeal defies belief.

I wonder how the police would go saying you can't have a court case until you go to jail?

It's OK for the feds to burn $12 billion on a rorted Murray River Basin Plan, and $24 billion on dodgy US fighter jets etc, but God help the average Aussie who falls on hard times and needs Centrelink's help .......................

......... or to burn $50 billion........$50,000,000,000............ over the next 12 years ($5 billion/year) subsidising renewable energy generation..............

.......... or to burn another $50 billion .............$50,000,000,000.......... over the next 10 years on tax breaks for business (will all those zeros never stop).

Good thing that aged pensioners are going to be slugged to pay for that one. They're going to die soon and won't need the pensions anyway.

I think I'll go and live in some other 3rd world country to escape it all.........like NZ or Tasmania.

You guys have gotta stop voting for these fellas. It only encourages them.

Now we hear that the Feds spent $1 billion saving Queensland from land clearing but there is going to be vast land clearing anyway ... https://www.theguardian.com/environment ... ion-groups

In other words, the $1 billion was wasted.

On top of the Murray water buyback wasted billions ...

No wonder governments always need more revenue thru boat rego etc ...

Glad the NT hasn't got that amount to waste. They're out of control trying to make a name for themselves with what little they do have. I'd happily live in NZ or even better Tasmania if I could afford to..... But i gotta catch a red tag first ;)
