Cool. It's not a well publicised comp!

Yes, very little about it online. The organiser said he will send results here for each day.

Sent them a reminder, nothing yet. Saw a pic of Paul Williams with a cracker 102.

Results here ... http://fishingterritory.com/clubs-comps ... 40088.html

Quick summary ...

Shane Compain's team Tackle World Revos won. Shane said the river was clean and this allowed fishing throughout the main river. He said most of the fishing was in Brooke Creek on the early incoming tide, trolling the creek, but plenty of fish were caught casting eddies and pressure points along the main river below the bridge.

He said there was loads of water upstream.

Heaps of bait in Brooke, mullet, tarpon and scats by thousands.

Shane said it was the best Klash since the big 2011 Wet.

Anyone who thought the fishing would be poor this year because of consecutive poor wet seasons can now relax!

Will be interesting to see how Nationals and Classic pan out.

Does anyone know what dates the Klash is lined up for next year? I want to avoid a date clash with the Klash for our April Billfish comp next year

Give Tony Quatermass a call at Aurora Kakadu, he might have the date already.

Did someone say Quatermass? ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owpKBZF73Yk
