Limmen bight in June / july

Can anyone give me a heads up fishing Limmen bight in the June / July period

For barra and salmon head down towards the mouth, lots of sandbars on the way to keep you on your toes. The creeks right at the mouth seem to be best.

Upstream there are many rocky areas with jacks and a few baz.

Never been there myself but my girlfriends grandparents go there fishing every year at that time of year an always get a few so must not be to bad

Some good Jew to be found in the deeper holes on the way down the Limmen
Good Barra at the creek mouths as well, just have to explore everywhere :-)
If there is water and it holds fish, then it is fun trying to fool them into eating what you offer!!

Especially when you can see them!

Take a spare prop, If it is cold it can be hard fishing at that time.

The wife got her first leagal Barra there 14 years ago down near the mouth towing along one of the islands. 101cm and I still hear about it regularly.
