I have a HDS 7 gen 2 with the gen 1 structure scan module. They have previously worked well together for some time. Last weekend the when changing settings on the structure scan from say 12m to 8m the display would change and then immediately revert to 12m. The other settings worked, palettes, left & right / down only, etc worked correctly. Turned it on and off, disconnected the power etc, no change.

Anyone had a similar experience?

Try it without the gen 1 structure module as it isn't needed with the gen 2 also try a soft reset

Thanks Seano but I think its the Gen 2 touch model that can do away with the external structure scan. I'll try a software update / soft reset though.
