I'm a Dad

Post by Lats »

Letting everyone know that Julie gave birth on Saturday to a little girl. Ava Latimore was nearly 12 weeks prem and is in special care but is doing well so far. Julie doing very well too. Another ripper little deck hand in the making

Congrats to you both. It's an exciting time, lucky she didn't come a few weeks earlier, it could have been a very unexpected shady lady.
Maybe she decided to come early to get a few months casting practice in before the run off.
Is it your first?

Yeah, our first one mickkk. Actually the midwives couldn't believe that we were in NZ 3 weeks ago. Julie and I then had a laugh because I asked her "you didn't mention Shady Camp after that did you? " No she said LOL. Kind of glad both of Julie's big Jewfish busted her off quite fast

Thanks for all the kind words from the rest of you gents  She is a whopping 35cm long. Has doubled what she is eating in the past 2 days, going to the toilet and the breath tube comes out today. So all good news so far

Pretty cute Lats

Used to use a ts live bait T shirt for my young feller a while back

Won't be long and she'll be fishing along side you,
If there is water and it holds fish, then it is fun trying to fool them into eating what you offer!!

Especially when you can see them!
