Yamba

Post by Dinger »

Mud crabs galore here at present as the rain has flushed them downstream. This time of the year should be Tuna & Mackeral about but water temps are fluctuating between 19 - 26 depending on currents pushing down.If anyones heading along the east coast Illuka is far better land based off the river wall & they get some huge Tuna & Mackeral off there with the occasional Billfish thrown in.The northerly current pushes bait on to the Illuka wall where as the river pushes it wide & Yamba wall misses out except for Jewfish.Been flyn my Powered Parachute about & its a specky area from th air.

Powered parachute eh? Hope you aren't towing skipping baits :)

Great photos and info about how the two walls are different.
