Lowrance HDS9 - Help with settings

Hoping someone can help. Today I accidently reset my unit back to default, while trying to work out why/how i had lost all my trails. I seem to have lost everything, including my sonar and structure settings which took a long time to set up. Would anyone be willing to give me a baseline to work from, or even a copy of how yours is set? Thanks in advance. Wade
