G'day fellas,
A few months back I bought myself one of those little smoker boxes after having a couple mates talk up how brilliant smoked fish is, which they were definitely right about. I've probably smoked and eaten in the region of 8kg of fish in the 2 months or so I've had it.
The other day I decided to try smoking the other meat I've got plenty of, goose. I used the recipe off this website,

It was bl..dy fantastic so I thought I'd share it here. I would have taken a piccy but it was that tasty i took the lid off the smoker and ate it all then and there.
I've also got a batch corning in the fridge which Ill be cooking on sunday arvo to see how that goes, if its good Ill share that here too.
