Couldnt 100% say?

It was on a boat my mate just purchased from interstate.. the boat only has 20 hrs on the clock, still new.
He has no need for this minn kota as he already has an ipilot.

From what i can find on the internet... This maxxum with the anode & composite shaft (others had steel) is fine for fresh & saltwater...

Yeah... I came across that info earlier, thing is... For every website i find that says they are fresh water i can find information that says it can be used in salt... Plenty of other forums talking about them being used in salt with no dramas..

Anyway, enough of that...

It is what it is... Its for sale if anyone wants it... Price neg.

Thanks.
