As above, music of a pretty big generation I was working at Mooloolaba pub on the sunny coast in the early 80's The Angels played in the Powerhouse, Doc took an ambitious leap off the stage and brained himself on the stage lights, a 5 minute break while they wrapped a bandage on his head and the show went on

I used to drink with Doc quite often back in 99,00 & 01.. Dam nicest guy.!!!!!!
Very sad to hear of his passing but glad hes at peace & his battle is over. RIP.

The Angels were the first band I ever saw. Legendary! Lost count of how many times I saw them over the years.

I remember him talking about the first time he heard the audience singing back ‘ No way get fugged, fug off’ he thought that they hated the band but soon realised they loved them.
You will still hear his voice on advert voiceovers
I think Rockwiz has a tribute show on soon
