hey guys , just flew in for work.
wanted to introduce myself, I'm currently a fifo but looking to relocate up here, and experience all that this place offers.
love my fishing, I'm from the gold coast, mainly target Mangrove jacks, the odd goldy barra ( yes there is a small barra population on the gold coast), trevs, tarpon, giant herring, jew and some inshore reef species when i get the chance.
missing my boat already, its a brand spanking new Tabs Wildfisher 4.8 with a DF140 suzuki powering it. can't wait to get it up here
Any info on some land base action for anything that will pull drag would be great, and if anyone needs a deckie or fishing partner I'm keen as
hope to run into a few of you fellas
cheers
Clint

Its not a crisis unless there is blood around.
If there is blood around......well its a police matter...

Gday Clint
Welcome mate, geez a 140hp on a 4.8 must get you there quick
East pt is one of my favourite LB spots off the rocks early morning on the incoming tide .But a bit nasty at the moment with this weather or try Cullen bay rock wall. I find LB is much better in the dry season.
Just do a search on here for LB spots plenty of info,, Good luck
cheers
Jeff
