pagey; it sounds like a problem on your own computer/web browser. Plenty of trojan/spy ware/adware that will do what you describe.
I'm not pro at this but i'd clear my browser history/cookies, do a virus scan, update you browser/windows to the latest and download an ad blocking and a spyware clearing program from a safe site. If you're using internet explorer, maybe change over to mozilla firefox or google chrome, they're better at not picking up this stuff.
Look up the symptoms you have on google.com to get some more info.
