Brooklyn river mouth

Going to brooklyn river in 2 months. Never fished it. Anyone have any experience in that area? Correct me if I'm wrong but Brooklyn turns into the hawksbury river?

Not heard of Brooklyn river but there are heaps of little waterways, inlets and coves in the hawksbury river.
Jump onto google earth and type in brooklyn nsw. It will show you the great spots there.

The Nepean turns into the Hawksbury. Brooklyn is a small town on the bank of the Hawksbury. On the northern side of the Hawksbury, across from Brooklyn is Mooney Mooney Creek. Is that the one you mean?

Under Brooklyn bridge (freeway) is great for night time Jewies, turn left just over bridge.
