FFF Seadogs 2012 BONUS Round - Dry Season Barra
Kicks off May 1, for May, June and July combined as one round, with added requirement of a location (scenery) or action shot.
Rules the same as other rounds except you can enter as many times as you like, must be a different NT News each time you post a fish on a brag mat and a different location photo.
Points will not be allocated towards the final Grand Champion Prize.
Re added requirement - entry must include a location or action photo, it doesn't have to give away your spot - it is just to make the posts more interesting. In the event of a draw on fish size the best location piccies will win.
Prize pool will include a lure pack, 12-ft E Z Throw Cast Net and fishing DVD pack.
Any Darwin businesses that would like to contribute a prize to this round in return for advertising, send me an email at [email protected]

Hi Matt,
I got this 102 in shoal bay yesterday.but left the paper in the car. the photo was taken on an iphone and i can email you the full res verson so you can check the time stamp. Can I still submit it in the Dry season bonus round? She took a live bait fished in very tight country and put up a great fight. She was relased and swam off strong

Here's a starter, from Goose Creek. My best one on Melville so far
I figure this post is like a 100m sprinter leading a Marathon, I know I'll be passed soon enough but I just can't help but get out in front

Thought I better post up the one Smartypants caught on the Daly, on the long weekend, Nice 83cm fish, he was very happy to land it after having a split ring pull the day before losing a good one.
His PB to date, and was very happy with that as he finally got back ahead of his little brother Nic who had been reminding him about it since 2009 when he got the biggest Barra for the juniors in the Corroboree Park Challenge, a 78cm fish from Hardies, beat Smartypants by 1cm
One of the locals looking on!!
They always look bigger when the kids hold em, it gave him curry and he played it well!!
Hopefully we can get a bigger one over the dry

If there is water and it holds fish, then it is fun trying to fool them into eating what you offer!!
Especially when you can see them!
