The Newest Fisherman has Arrived!

Post by Brent Matthews »

Look out Barra, here comes Mitchell David Matthews. (Mitch) :catch:

He was born Sunday at 411 in the morning by Caesarian section.

He weighed 2.460 kg and was 43cm long ( not quite 55cm yet)

He is the first child to Sacha Matthews and Brent Matthews!

I can't wait till he's old enough to hold a fishing rod, I'm thinking Calcutta 50 on a 4kg TCurve with 20lb Braid should be managable by the time he is five.

My brother Craig and his Wife Nadine just had a little boy three months ago called Blake James Matthews. Craig and I are going to have to buy a decent boat to take both of them out together!

Cheers Brent

Congrats Brent, well done. I hope your wife has a speedy recovery. It's a wonderful experience - right up there with the first metre barra
