Keeping in kind they all change from year to year, of the easily publicly accessibly waterholes, which is the Top End's most prolific barra billabong/waterhole?

If there is water and it holds fish, then it is fun trying to fool them into eating what you offer!!

Especially when you can see them!

Ok glp, Havn't tried it yet this year, might b 36, depends if the crocs are there! :-)

I have to give a minus 1 for 2-mile. Camped Saturday night and arose to brass monkey weather. Had to sit around the fire for half an hour to defrost. Hit the water about 7:30 with the water temp showing 18 degrees. needless to say not a touch for 6 hours. Not sure why we bothered. Still, it's really nice out camping out there when it's cold.

Adelaide river - by far the best NT river.
close to Home - average 10 + fish a trip
lots of wildlife. cant beat it.
