I will improve the site this year with some major and minor changes.

First thing, there is the new 2012 Seadogs comp, which is free, and runs most of the year. It is a very simple comp to enter, should be low stress and fun. The basic rules are up there on the top forum to see.

Second, there will be zero tolerance to certain issues in posts.

I'll be deleting all posts that ...

_complain about someone posting a fishing report(s).
_reveal where someone's fishing spot is, if the original poster chose not to mention it.
_complain about someone keeping fish to eat, or the size of their catch, unless it appears to be illegal.
_criticise anyone on the site, unless it really needs to be said, is arguing a point, or friendly rivalry.

The site is not going to become like Disneyland, and I welcome all constructive criticism and fair play, but the cr.p that plagues many internet sites is not going to happen here.

A couple of major changes will be announced as they get closer to happening.
