went to gun point beach camping for the weekend ,fished livies off the beach and caught powertails only although there was a barra boofing along the shallow rocks but couldnt interest him,I get really p...ed off when people think its the done thing to drive off and leave their rubbish behinde also love watching clowns drive up and down the beach in their nice 4x4s spraying saltwater all through everything,maybe they are trading them in this week sure makes you wonder when you buy a second hand vehicle.

Stayed at Gunn Point for 3 nights with friends a couple of long weekends ago. Had a great time, but like you say - the rubbish we had to clean up 1st was ridiculous. Tried fishing but not even a nibble to be had out there. Have caught whiting a couple of times, but nothing else. Must be doing something wrong.
