Billfish on Fly

Post by Swoffa »

I have had a lot op people requesting photos and footage of our billfish trip last year so here is an abbreviated version.

We based ourselves out of Channel Point and fished in the Sail City / Southern Cross areas for all of the fish shown.

Yeah Ken-Dog, I have equipped myself with a head mount HD video camera and also have a tripod mount up the front of the boat to capture all of the action. Still really hard to get the teaser / raise / cast shots when you are already as busy as a one armed brickie and there are only two on board. Everything happens soooooooooo quick.

At least I am ready for the next billies that come up behind the teaser (or take the teaser and run with it!!!)

Cheers

Wazza you should have made all the attachments when you had the time and the workshop to do it in ;-)
