First edition of NTMAG is out tomorrow

Post by Matt Flynn »

The first edition of the bimonthly NT Fishing and Outdoors Magazine hits the shelves on Thursday. See front cover picture below for the stories.

This new mag has purely NT content and good presentation in gloss colour and on thick paper that is better quality than most mags.

It includes fishing, hunting, spearfishing, diving, biology, conservation, marine heritage and more.

The first edition is a fairly small mag but each edition will get bigger as more people buy it and advertisers get on board.

There's two pages of the best of FFF ... and also a truly shocking personal revelation by Back-Cast in his Tiwi Islands article.

I am keen to use good paid editorial and pictures - they must be exclusively for the mag tho, and not published elsewhere until well after the mag has hit the shelves. I am paying $150 a page or part thereof - eg half page is $75.

I am keen for articles that provide real info like the Fish Finder book does. I will pay extra for good info such as rockbar GPS, new wreck sites, harbour reefs etc

Remote area trip stories with good pix are also needed.

Also technical articles about anything fishing, hunting, diving, biology and especially Territory history/nostalgia.
