Blue water

Was calm enough to go outside t/day so headed down the coast a bit & came accross Spotty mackeral feeding but the buggers were all over the place but managed one on a snapback,got sick of chasing them & headed out to a mark where we got a couple of trag & mate got the first Pear Perch Id seen so we eat well t/night :mrgreen:

mate you'll enjoy the pearly, one of the best eating fish going round
fish are skinny, the ocean is fat

You wont see whiter flesh on a fish Im sure & damn great eating but i dont know that Id rate it much above a Goldie & flathead are probably still my favourite :D .

Its eating quality is in the family. Some rate its close relative the WA Dhu fish as the best eating fish going around

hey Max, if you ever get onto a patch of small pearlies try lifting one about 5 metres off the bottom and waiting for awhile... they're awesome live bait :wink:

Yes Ive caught & eaten Dhu fish .they are certainly nice .
