Cast nets for rum drinkers

Post by Matt Flynn »

FFF has the simple-to-use USA Super Spreader E-Z Throw Cast Net 1000 Series available exclusively in the Northern Territory.

These nets have a throwing ring and can be thrown with hardly any training ... even with one arm, while standing on one leg and after drinking too much amber fluid.

Please note the largest 12' diameter (six-foot drop) is for tall people, as the ring-casting method does not double the net over.

All models are 3/4" mesh mono. There is a video on the site showing them in use. While smaller than standard nets, they spread really well because of the ring casting method, and the simple technique mean you can concentrate on accuracy, and not falling out of the boat.

BEWARE: VIDEO HAS cr.p ACCORDION MUSIC AND A USA-K-TEL NARRATOR

The new nets arrived last week ... they are very nicely made.

The lead weights are either plastic-coated or made of some other heavy material - great for kids, as lead is surprisingly toxic - one suck on a lead sinker can cause issues.

Each net comes with an instructional DVD video.
