Barra Classic fishing buddy and childhood mate Yark with his first metrey; 102 during the pre-fish of the 2012 Classic. Pity we could'nt replicate during the comp!

Funniest thing about it.............we were having lunch under a nice shady tree, strolling green polts out the back. Finishes lunch, I reels in and cranks up the outboard, just as the boat started to move forward the polt was smashed, I can tell you it was one hell of a tussle with a big strong fish hard up against the bank in 800 mm of water! Victory was sweet.....................

Yark was as happy as Larry, could'nt give toss that it was days prior to the comp............he was shaking like a dog s*#tting fish hooks for an hour after.
