c aught last year this guy has caught barra over a meter 3 years in a row

Here is one my brother caught in March 04 on the Vic down near the Bains. It was 54lbs :shock:

The fish is currently mounted in the Timber Creek Wayside inn behind the bar :applause: :applause:

Had a look through all my old photo's and these are the only ones I would say are 50 lbs but can't say for certain as I don't think they were weighed. Seems everyone In my family has caught a giant cept me :| :|

Hello

You all should be pretty good at estimating barra by now as u've seen so many of them on this forum.

So u tell me about this one from the saltwater section of the fitzroy in CQ.

I'll tell u this much:

. the fellow is 1.8metres tall;

. the barra is over 1 metre; and

. it is over 50 old fashioned pounds.
