Had a bit of fun on a RIVER SOMEWHERE. This unlucky bugger was the only 1 out of 4 that i landed. Caught on a squidgy drop bear on 20lb braid left over from the nats n 60lb leader. The rest of the fish broke leader, line and strightend a snap. Sorry its only a photo of a fish on the deck but was fishing solo n couldnt work out how to put the camera on timer and there was not another boat within 20km radius.

Nice fish, big shoulders. No DGFC meeting for January, let us know if your going to the February meeting, if I'm rostered off & able to attend I will give you some different types of bait rigging needles I make to use, cheers Balls.
