110cm Pilbara Barramundi

Post by Jay Burgess »

Got this Barra in the Jones river in the pilbara during summer of 2005. Measured 110cm. Captured on a live mullet with my Millionaire CVZ reel and Live Fibre rod.

She was released to fight another day.

bl..dy good mate an absolutely fantastic camping meal. Just wrapped it in foil and cooked with a bit of garlic, salt and a dash of lemon juice. I have to say I was really impressed and it was much better than I expected of a freshwater fish
